What's the difference?
The biggest difference that you will see between PRO and Value is the Pro service is done on a higher end scanner which includes dirt, dust & scratch removal and color balance. Both service levels include scanning your film at a high resolution 4000 DPI 18MP scan.
Some negatives will have more dust & scratches than others, some will have less.
Our Value service allows you to digitally preserve your negatives at a lower cost while still offering a high quality scan for customers who want to do some of the post scan editing themselves.
Pinch & Zoom
negatives that have an exceptional amount of dirt, dust & scratches on the film will be more visible on the value level digital images. They are more visible against darker backgrounds.
Negatives with a lot of scratches and dust are more noticable against darker backgrounds.
